  • We have a large assortment of products from different manufacturers. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next.

How do I change or cancel my order?

  • You may change or cancel your order within two hours after placing it. Once the fulfillment process began, it can not be stopped. Please contact our customer service via email at customercare@andaluspearl.com immediately. 

Refund Policy

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days once you receive the purchased item. A 100% refund can be claimed within the first 7 days. If the 7 days have gone by, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us via customercare@andaluspearl.com, before returning the item.
  • Sale items: only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
